Yes, frequently. I like SFO/LAX-BOS redeyes because they land noticeably later than the ORD or IAD redeyes and I seem to be better rested for the following flights. My frequent eastbound routing is SAN-LAX-BOS-IAD-ORF for 4111 miles.
