Give them a call. I've changed dates and destination (in the same area) several times on a 50% redemption booking by calling YouFirst.

Don't know if adding a stopover would mean a 'reticketing' in the way that changing F out J back to J out and F back would - which would mean repurchasing the ticket at current rates (i.e. 100% miles).
