I think I figured out a way to search for a MVPG upgrade able fair to OGG.

First I went to the Award Fare Finder and searched First Class SEA-OGG

It took til Sep to find 37.5K pairs like Sept 6th out return Sept 11th

Went back and seached for a companion fair and found $636.54 All in for 2 First Class on the MVPG upgrade companion ticket.

I still have not booked mine yet, I hope sharing this knowledge does not book up all the upgrades to OGG

This should work to other locations Lower first class redemptions amounts equals instant upgrade able fairs
