What's going on?

I am constantly having to open new windows in Internet Explorer to do a search by Price. Each time, after an initial search, the software stops displaying fares for flights, and forces one to first select an outbound flight and then a return flight before displaying a fare. This is regardless of how many times one starts over and selects search by Price.
