The first new A330-200 delivery is supposed to be any day now, which would seem to indicate that the seats were chosen and installed many months (or over a year) ago. It was being painted about a week or two ago in France. If US just chose these seats, then I suspect they'll be retrofitted into the A330-300 fleet first, since it does not yet have the lie-flat seating.
