Help, I recently used some of my Continental One Pass miles to book reward travel for my daughter from San Francisco to Newark via Minneapolis. The first leg is on Northwest the second is Continental. The problem is the connection time is only 32 minutes. I was told be a NW rep that it is a illegal booking. That there must be at least 40 minutes between flights when you go from one airline to another. She suggested that I contact Continental One Pass and inform them. What rights do I have? What compensation can I expect?
