As I read the policy once I enter the 24 hour window before my first flight (today at noon as my flight is at noon tomorrow) I can then change it to any other flight as long as my new flight is within 12 hours of my original one.

That's my take on it at least (as well as how CO's interpreted this in the past for me.)
