How about another opinion? I think the 763F/J and 762F seats are about equivalent, but for different reasons. 762F is wider, but 763F/J is more adjustable into more comfortable positions (e.g., the "Z" cradle position). And if I want to nap, I can lie on my front on the 763, can't really do that on the 762.
Obviously the other benefit of 762F besides the seat and meal is a higher level of service/personal attention with the smaller, more exclusive cabin, as well as access to the Flagship Lounge in JFK.
