Wikipedia says that Air Sinai are only "company under paper" and tthat the only flight number under TLV-CAIRO are under EGYPTAIR code. Therefore. I believe that you'll be able to gain miles for these flights on all *A carrers. Anyway, to ARAB contries I would fly only with ISRAELI company, because of self-security reasons, I just afraid to fly with the Arabs.
