Waah!! My tier points have been reset to zero (Sob!)
Hi,

First of all,

I know the tier points are reset every year but it was just a bit of a shock to see the tier point counter reset to 0 from the mid 40's this morning. ( Card does not expire until Nov 04)

However, my online statement says I have qualified for a companion ticket.

Does any one konw what fare classes the companion ticket applies to ( ie is it the full fare Y,W & J fares?)

I assume also that the HEX and GEX upgrade certificates will come byb post shortly?

Oh well , time to start building up the points again
