Just a note for the people who still find them useful, I have moved the hosting of the OW Rules as issued by CX in HKG to a new location here. This are the 14 November 2008 files. I think there may have been some minor changes since then, but regrettably, I am currently without cxagents.com access to confirm this. I'm working on getting it back.
