I can confirm that BMI is able to book LH flights 350 days out. I have just got 3 seats to DXB for 1-10 April 2010. (I used the M&M site to check availability before booking as ANA doesn't show that far out.)

Feel that fuel surcharge and the new higher UK APD - £370 in taxes per person! This is definitely correct as the M&M site shows the same.

So ... if you want to book LH F for next Easter at the old F rates, you can book it now.
