Just (successfully) used the Fly-By lane here at FLL. There was one TSA employee checking boarding passes (not ID's) for everyone before they got in line (I guess to make sure everyone had BP's) and she also was watchdogging the FBL.
This is interesting. Apparently in some airports Southwest has been able to convince the TSA management to police the elite line requirements, and in other airports the TSA management has refused to help. The latter is disappointing.
Furthermore I'm surprised that a government agency allows itself to make different decisions at different airports: you always expect government organizations to be inflexible.
