OP, if you do an online search, you'll find that there is a "shuttle" to In-n-Out. There is a airport parking lot next to In-n-Out so the shuttle takes you right there. But with the time you have, heck I'd Priceline a rental car and go down to Venice, Santa Monica or drive up to Malibu.
