Hello All,

I recently booked an Award flight LHR-MIA return in Y (its all the miles i had available) Anyhow- my father has said he could transfer some miles to my account.

Is it possible to now upgrade these flights to J? Obviously i can expect that the taxes etc would increase, but are there any other barriers?
