I must admit I'm not familiar with this fine distinction, but I would add there is an issue of the wing position as well as the missing windows. So although Rows 13 and 14 have windows, as I recall, they are directly over the wing. So there is plenty of light, but absolutely no view (except when on the ground). The upshot of all this is pretty much no row (possibly excepting 11) has a decent view. Contrast with the upper cabin and forward lower cabin of a 747 (I can't rememeber about the rearward lower cabin - so long since I was there) where virtually every club window seat has a decent view.
Furthermore, a much smaller proportion of seats on a 777 have adequate legroom for me to sleep. Of the windows it's only 15A/K. So all in all, there is not one acceptable seat.
I'm not totally against 777s, just the Club cabin on BA's 4-class ones. The CW cabin on the 3-class ones is fine as long as I'm in 4A or 3K

(never failed yet) and F, on the four class ones, is also OK in my opinion, although not as nice as a 747.
