FWIW I just called +61 (3) 9658 5302 and pressed the various key responses for Qantas Club and ...'our office is currently closed'.

Its 7:15am in Melbourne right now (10pm GMT) so I guess waiting til midnight on a 'school night' for us QP members not currently living in Australia is now deemed acceptable customer service.
