This really looks like to be highly deceptive advertising - to call this a "Voucher" and put such restrictive language on how it is used seems absurd to me. It appears likely that on most Hertz reservations I make it will be unusuable unless I agree to pay at least $50 more than I would have otherwise paid with my coupons / promo rates. I'd rather get a $25 voucher that is truly a voucher for $25 off ANY reservation. The only case I can see where this highly restricted dollar off coupon (a better term for it than "voucher") might be useful is a weekend rental of 1 or 2 days where even the nondiscounted rates are not much over $50.
