I booked a standard room and was upgraded to a very large suite on the last floor

The service was not nearly as good as I expected from the CP; I was not impressed at all (I'm usually in HIXs). When I asked to change rooms, the woman I spoke with, who identified herself as the front desk manager, seemed rather unwilling to help me out. Maybe she was having a rough morning, but I would have thought the concerns of a PM might garner a little bit more attention.
I have got a very warm welcome at this property
+ I liked the large outdoor pool
