How to cancel a "Sparpreis" tik online?
I have a FRA-NUE ICE tik with a "Sparpeis" fare, which means I can cancel it for a E15 fee.

However, I bought the ticket online and didn't set up a DB account beforehand.

The DB site says go to "My bookings" to cancel but I don't have that option since I didn't set up an account.

Is there a way to cancel this ticket, either online or via phone from the US?
