I'm holding F award seats between LHR and HKG on the QF 30 and was hoping to reserve 1A and 1K. The seats are showing as blocked, but not assigned according to EF, but I cannot reserve them from either AA or QF. In the past, I've always been able to reserve Row 1, even on award bookings, as a Oneworld Emerald. Has there been a change in policy?

FWIW, I was last month able to reserve a seat in Row 1 on on the HKG-SYD flight (QF 128) as part of an AONE ticket.
