I can understand your situation with your frustration and even more frustration if your living overseas and trying to contact QANTAS AUSTRALIA.

I don;t no how the system goes but don't they have a qantas office in the UK ? Try call the heathrow airport for thier UK qantas office administrator.

Or im presume you have allready called that long distance international call all the way to australia and you end up with a recording to press here and this and that. So i know where your comming from course thats like with ather companies here too.

To tell you the truth im sure someone ncie will give you more usefull information on this perhaps check online go to the UK airport site where ever close you may be and look for airline phone numbers that are base in the uk. Try call them and they might direct you and so on with your questions and bookings.

Remember calling to australia business hours are mainly roughly from 8am till 6pm eastern standard time australia but in most cases Qantas has the phones open 24/7 for bookings. Depends what areas your actually after.
