I just contacted Diners Club and asked them to renew my combined Diners/Eurobonus gold card. After 2 weeks I got the reply that they SAS had informed them that I was downgraded to silver.
I have been a gold member for 10 years and had over 100000 qualifying points in my last qualifying period so I know this is a mistake from SAS, but I find it very annoying that SAS is not able to give correct information.
I have already written an email to

Does anyone have the email to the top management for Eurobonus?
