Quintessentially like any concierge service can you get into event if you pay sufficiently for the privilege. I get the same service to secure the odd show ticket from the concierge service from AMEX Plat or my NatWest Black card.

They just have contacts to the right ticket agencies and everyone profits from your wallet.

They are unlikely to get me offers as I would normally use them for items I could not procure myself. They use a reputable ticket agency with high mark-ups. This is why I would use a concierge service provided by my credit card firms since if anything went wrong with the ticket agency, tickets, event or payment, the credit card firm would be reputationally on the line to help me secure a refund. Would not get that type of commitment from Quintessentially.
