I don't think I've figured this out yet. I did try calling the desk in JFK after I had flown in in First to see if they could get me reservations at a club. They said they'd call me back and never did. They seemed to imply that I could only use the service whilst in the lounge, while there is some evidence on here that you're supposed to be able to use them before and after your flight.

So - if you're just using the lounge version, I wouldn't trust your honeymoon to it.
