Can't answer for sure about the showers, but you're right in thinking there is no Elemis Travel Spa.

As Gold, you have access to the Galleries First side of the lounge, but no Pre-Flight Dining as this is for passengers ticketed in First only. Pre-Flight Supper is for passengers ticketed in Club World only.
