I ve been there in Feb 2008. So i canīt comment on summer season but i found the hotel really nice. Grounds are well kept, rooms are nice and modern. Location is right above the beach and the ocean. Must walk a few steps down to reach the beach. We did not have an ocean view room but overlooked the golf course next to the hotel. Had dinner at "Romy" one night, liked the atmosphere but were not 100% satisfied with the food quality and price. Be aware that the resort is next to a real huge Timeshare community so my guess is that the area becomes crowded during the season. Drive from LIS airport is easy and there are signs to the hotel which did a great job helping us not to get lost without navigation. I am sure you will enjoy your trip !
