I hope not too OT but on two visits separated by a few months to the IAD RCC in the C gates (you enter and then go downstairs) we found the signal kicking in and kicking out, virtually unusable, and the same for three others strugglng with their laptops. We did manage to bring in our e-mail after a few tries and then the signal broke off again.
I mentioned it at the desk and they referred me to the toll-free number. No thanks... It's as if their modem or whatever needs to be rebooted. Only RCC where we've experienced that problem.
