Yeah, until airlines decide that a normal person should weigh 100lbs.
VideoPaul-I suspect United employees aren't capable of the words that are seriously lacking in this industry: Customer SERVICE. Airlines are in a SERVICE industry and if airlines employees aren't willing to SERVE then they should be fired.
