Bank of America IRA Contribution via credit card?

It seems you can contribute to a new or existing IRA at B of A with a credit card:

http://ira.bankofamerica.com/Default...p=1#/open-ira/
select:

1) The either Roth or Traditional (not rollover) radio button in 'select your ira'
2) The 'CDs or Money Market Savings' radio button

Then about 6th line down it will say:
Credit card or debit card information to fund your new account.

Has anyone ever done this?

The real question of course is if this posts as a purchase (and not a cash advance)
