My Volkswagen which was built in Germany came over by boat and it's fine. Ferraris aren't the only cars built overseas and brought over by boat, it's obviously quite common and no one's ever had any problems.

Granted, if I was buying a Ferrari, I'd opt for air transport because if I have the money for a Ferrari, I have the money for air transport and might as well get my car ASAP.
