I have always used the freephone number 0800 015 0306. I have found all the call takers to be pleasant - but only a few of them seem to know what they are talking about. There is a general lack of knowledge about the product - especially the fee paying card.
Having said that - every now and again you find someone who knows what they are talking about and I think I am now sorted.
I am just waiting for a large number of promised miles to post
