Nope. The fee to reuse a canceled ticket is the same as a changed ticket. Except that you won't pay the fee until you actually book the new ticket and use the credit IIRC. Keep in mind that you can't use the credit to cover the $75 fee either - you need to charge that to a credit card. I'm not sure if this can be done online or whether you'll need to call - and whether that then incurs a telephone fee.
Bottom line is that if the ticket is less than $75, you're better off just letting it go rather than trying to reuse it.

If i'm recalling correctly it's $75 per passenger not per PRN. Since you paid $70 per person the ticket would then be worthless. There was a typo in my origional response the fee for over the phone is $100
My next question would be if you just dont show up for your flight does it automatically go into my wallet or do you actually have to cancel
