Flying to Krakaw from US ???????

I can fly from EWR to LHR on Virgin. How can I get from LHK to Krakaw Poland AND still get qualifying mileage? Any suggestions?

I am taking a train from Krakaw to Lyon. Then I need to fly from some city back to EWR. It would be a pain to have to return to LHR or Krakaw from Lyon. Does VA have any partners flying out of Paris, Frankfurt, etc?
