Glad to hear you had 2 good flights.
Couple of things:-
The '25' guy will most likely have been a VS Gold member. I had the same on my flights this weekend, but I don't like those seats as the arms don't move! I got sections of 12 seats at the back, and had a good sleep!
Oops, forgot the second thing.
About the bulkhead's being reserved for families, maybe ,but if a Silver/Gold FC member would like them, they will get them.
