Yes, flat but not 180. I guess my standard now is the Air NZ/Air Canada (and a few others) seat. I was just not able to get comfortable on these things - no matter how much I tinkered.
This HAS to be a psychological thing... because myself and countless others have zero problem going straight to sleep after a few cocktails... hell, even in coach!
