For someone who has been travelling to Thailand for so long bkkrop, you have very high expectations. This is Thailand we are talking about, it bares no resemblance to Singapore, Australia, or pretty much any other country. As you undoubtedly know, it is SONGKRAN now, there is nobody in Thailand, its the holidays, the offices are closed and the big decision makers at TG are probably away.

Nobody could have known things would descend into chaos so quickly, and now it seems with protesters all on their way home now, return to normality so quickly. There is no call centre in the world that can handle every call promptly when a big situation happens like that. You really have to have a bit more of a realistic expectation, Im sure the TG Aus staff are doing what they can, especially considering songkran and easter weekend meaning lots on leave.
