On the LHR aircraft;

It looks like rows 38 & 49 are the exit rows.
There are now 3 rows of Premium Economy behind doors 2 ( row 75-76-77) replacing? 26-27-28 shown on the map.

Worst seat : I would probably avoid the rows just ahead of the exit ( ie row 48) as seat pitch seemed even tighter than normal.
