Hi,
On my flight IAD-LHR 4th Jan I was originally in PE 73A before arriving at the airport and was able to get 70A ( the exit row )for no charge. In the clubhouse I was op-upgraded to UC. I met a nice couple while eating dinner and they managged to get exit seats ( I did not ask if they had to pay an extra fee)
