I'm going to ask the older members of the board this...

Once upon a time... when most of us were baby flyers... and before FF programs, wasn't there an airline named National Airlines.

I think it's Logo was an Eagle against an N (I can't remember, I was just a child then.)

And didn't they have the flight attendants sing in the commericials "I'm Bubbles, fly me."

That's what I remember from an old Carol Burnett skit with Vicki Lawrence when she sang "I'm Vicki fly me" and got a pie in her face.

So maybe this airline bought the name.

Now if we put our money together we can probaby resurrect People's Express!
