Personally I've had some really lovely meals on board, and some not so good. Same as has happened to me in a variety of restaurants throughout the world. I wonder how well those restaurants can fly planes. Let's not forget BA sells you an air fare to get from point A to point B, the meals form a minute part of the service. I'd far rather have a meal that's not great and reach my destination safely than have a great meal but not arrive. If you want a great meal then a restaurant is the place for it.
However your company does charge a premium and advertise that it provides high quality meals. I don't like to put BA down as I find it a good airline to travel on, but it is your company that have let us down.
There are airlines out there that can offer a decent dining experience and offer decent food in the lounge.
I don't buy this thing getting from A to B for a Full Service Airline. If that is the case, then why do u guys advertise all these extra perks!
