Hi everyone,

I got a ticket from Sydney to Istanbul about a month ago for $2400AUD (depart and return June-October)
and now just for ""one week"" the ticket is $1350AUD. I called up the emirates office and they told me that I could get 2100$AUD refund after the 300$AUD cancellation fee. Which means at the end I ll have around 750$AUD. But what im worrying is they told me that refund takes up to 6 weeks which means i ll not probably be in here in that time and bcoz of i paid cash they r gonna send me cheque and whoever i looked up on the net had problem about the refund with emirates. Any help wud be appreciated.
