I'll try one more time for a resolution
This thread got me going again. I just called the 1-800-we care2 number again. I referenced my two old case numbers that were never resolved. The rep said that she is combining both complaints and re-submitting and I will get a response in 72 hrs. (I'm not holding my breath)
I will update when I hear something. It sure would be nice to sit with a friend up front next time instead of giving up my upgrade and sitting in the back with my friends.
