Yes, sfogate, I think you are absolutely right. They were contract people, I think. I think they couldn't be bothered to service my requests, but it irked me that the young lady in 1E got her upgrade (or her boyfriend's ???) when I was perfectly well entitled to an upgrade for my daughter, had asked very politely for it, and then didn't get it.
