(Please note, what I say here is from actual experience, not website information ... but it's all before this April Fools' Day).
(1)
JOUY31 is correct (and, if he weren't, I'd probably not say anything, anyway@:-)): Domestic AF flights (I did CDG-MPL r/t) count for both level segments and level miles (I got 1,000 miles each way, last June, on an "E" ticket, but I don't know why). (This is assuming you're outisde of France.)
(2) AF flights within one country that's
not France (e.g. UK: EDI-LCY) count as
international flights (750 miles). After my first E|DI-LCY run, I though FB has the scoop on a Scottish breakaway from England, but alas, it wasn't to be!
(3) Domestic flights within the US depend on the stock (airline ticket) you bought: I've done plenty of CO short-hops and always earned 500 miles. But, recently, I did DTW-EWR on NW metal but KL stock (not even a KL codeshare) and FB gave me 750 miles! (those were the days!)
(4) There's probably other information buried in the depths of my immense mind but, alas, I have a Bloody Mary to finish and a flight to catch!
I hope this helps, OP!
