Redemption booking Stopover enroute SYD

I am looking a t a CW redemption seat to Sydney next year. I can only see a choice of no stopover or a stopover in Singapore.

Is it possible to stopover in Bangkok ? The BA 009 obviously does that route but i am not given that choice on any date.

Also how far in advance can i book? It looks like 355 days is max.
