You don't want or need any tour package for Macau. Go to one of the travel agents at Macau Ferry Terminal in Hong Kong to book your hotel and ferry tickets. Walk around Macau on your own. You can use free shuttles between the ferry pier and the hotel/casinos, or you can use a taxi.
