Elite upgrades on Northwest post-DL merger

Sorry, couldn't find any recent discussion with a search.

I assume CO elites still get elite upgrades/EUA on Northwest flights. But how do you know which flights are NW vs Delta now that the two companies have merged?

For example, I'm looking at LGA-FLL. This route has always been operated by DL. Now the flights all have both NW and DL flight numbers. They are operated by Airbus aircraft (319/320) which leads me to believe they are operated by ex-NW aircraft. Would they be eligible for EUA? How is one supposed to know without starting a thread on FT? DL is now using an ex-NW 747 to fly ATL-HNL, so the lines seem to be blurring. Where is it currently drawn?
