I've been op-upped a couple of tiems as well.

The regular Y seats are a little tight. I'm 6'1" and I would not want to do a whole TPAC in those seats. Also, if you will be on a 767, the newer ones have in seat video on-demand, which is good, but the VOD box under some of the seats takes up all your legroom. If you want an aisle seat, take the inside aisles, as they don't have the box under them.
