The OP can also keep an eye on F (and P)
inventory - if there is still plenty available, the chances of A2 probably get better as you get closer to the departure date.
To clarify, I was suggesting the OP requests sticker upgrades now and then if A inventory becomes available to request miles + copay upgrade at that time. This would mean that if a miles upgrade is not available, the chances of a sticker upgrade is maximized.
